We will deliver your chair to your home and set it up in a room of your choice, and provide you with training to ensure you understand how to get the best from your chair.
The cost of delivery is included in your chair price.
We require payment in full at the time of delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your chair, we will take it away and you will pay nothing.
Our suitability guarantee allows you to use the chair for 1 week, during which time you can be absolutely sure that the chair is fully meeting your needs. If it is not, we will collect it and refund your money in full, plus we will give you an additional discount of 10% towards one of our Made to Measure chairs if one is required.
This only applies to chairs that are returned in perfect condition. Any blemishes or damage will result in a reduction of the refund.
