Ex demo, cancelled orders and refurbished stock at big savings.
From time to time various ex demonstration Chairs, Beds, Rotoflex and Paediatric Cots become available for sale. These are often products that we use during assessments and demonstrations or stock that has been on display in Disabled Living Centres or in our Assessment Centre in Westbury. Occasionally we have new products that are cancelled orders. We also buy back Rotoflex beds from customers and recondition these for sale at a substantial saving from new.
Some products have minor cosmetic blemishes because of regular handling, or signs of wear which is always reflected in the price at which they are available.
The photo’s that you can see are nearly always of the actual products that are for sale, including specific detail of any noticeable blemishes. The products are available on a first come first serve basis and every product has been cleaned and fully inspected and has a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated. When we deliver, you may reject your purchase at no cost to you, if the product is not as described or if you are not completely satisfied.
Delivery, installation and training
Delivery, installation and training in the use of the product is £85.00 for a Theraposture chair; £115.00 for a Theraposture bed and £150.00 for a cot bed; £75.00 for a Theraposture Leg Lifter; £150 for the Rotoflex, downstairs and £200 for the Rotoflex, upstairs.
Purchasing and returns
Products may be reserved with a fully refundable deposit of one third of the product value. Balance must be paid in full once delivery and acceptance of the product has taken place. You then have seven days to confirm that you wish to keep the product. If you accept the product on delivery and subsequently reject it within the following seven days we will not charge for collection, and we will refund your purchase price, but we will not refund the original delivery cost. Products which are rejected within the seven days must be returned in the same condition that they were in when they were delivered or the full value will be reduced to reflect damage caused.
