Warranty

The warranty period for each product is for 3 years and is fully inclusive without restrictions except for misuse. If you are comparing warranties with other companies, please look very carefully at what is being offered. Ours is very fair and completely transparent and is there to cover all envisaged costs to the purchaser for the FULL warranty period.

The warranty covers defects in manufacture and failure of the product during the warranty period for parts, labour and traveling expenses.

This warranty cannot be extended or re-instated once the period of warranty expires. We recommend that you take the maximum available cover for complete peace of mind.

Exclusions to the warranty are negligence, misuse and damage. See the product instructions, which came with your Theraposture product, for more detail and examples.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure a rapid response, Theraposture do not guarantee a response time. Should you require service, please refer to your product instructions. Please follow the suggestions listed as we reserve the right to charge for unnecessary call outs.

Additional warranty for all products £100.00 per year (excluding the Rotoflex).

The Rotoflex bed may be extended at £250.00 per year.

A maximum of 2 additional years in addition to the standard warranty may be purchased.

At the end of the additional purchase period the warranty expires. However should you wish to continue to have the annual inspection only; these are available at a cost of £100.00 per inspection. For these costs to apply, the service needs to be done at a convenient time to Theraposture, when we are in the area.

These prices are fixed for your product and will not be increased. Each years warranty / inspection must be paid for at least 12 months in advance.
